Buying the wrong welding helmet could cost you more than money. |

Do you believe that if you can see better, you can weld and work better?
- How much are your eyes worth?
- Do you want to put extra strain on your eyes and possibly end up wearing glasses sooner than you might otherwise have to?
- With a better welding helmet will you feel more comfortable and work better?
- Would you spend more on a quality tool if it would last you longer and work better?
- Are you concerned about working safely?
For most people the answer to these questions is obvious .......so paying a little more is a common-sense investment as long as you know that you are getting something better.
It all becomes a lot clearer when you try a welding helmet - just picking them up in the store and holding them in your hands can tell you a lot.
Compare the Arc Defender or Autolift with a comparale helmet and you will see why we can say that we offer a better product, better value and better quality.
What you cannot see of course is the higher quality components that we use inside. The higher quality radiation filters, the better designed and more reliable circuit boards.... the things that give you better protection and help protect your investment by making your helmet last longer.
With a Servore welding helmet not only will you be able to see better, weld better and be more comfortable and productive, but also the helmet you buy will probably last you longer as well .... probably making it less expensive in the long run than any cheaper, poorer quality helmet!
So what should you look for?
-
Look for a helmet that is made by a well known and respected manufacturer like Servore.
-
Look for a helmet that meets both the EN (European) standards and the ANSI (American) standards.
-
Ask the person selling you the helmet about how it works and what it does. If they are knowledgeable and can tell you about the product that is a good start. If they are selling on price then be wary of their advice! Remember this is about safety and your eyesight and you deserve the best.
-
Is the helmet properly marked? Ask the person in the store.... do they know?
-
Does the helmet look well made and feel like a quality product?
-
Does it move smoothly over your head in a well-balanced way?
-
Is the shell made of a tough, impact resistant material such as nylon?
-
Does it look and feel like a quality product? Compare it against a cheaper helmet and, if possible, a more expensive one!
-
Do the company and country of origin have a reputation for quality and safety?
For safety, performance and value.... Servore have the welding helmet for you. |
